Rental Criteria

Tenant Screening Criteria for Romig Rentals LLC


In order to be considered for a property represented by Romig Rentals LLC the following criteria must be considered prior to applying:

 

  • Applicant may not have a criminal conviction relating to sex crimes.

 

  • Applicant may not have had an eviction within the last 10 years. Pandemic moratorium excluded.

 

  • Applicant may not currently owe money to a landlord or property manager. Pandemic moratorium excluded.

 

  • Applicant must have verifiable income that represents 3 times the rental amount. Verifiable sources would be pay stubs from two consecutive pay periods, and supporting documents from other income sources.

 

  • Applicant must submit accurate and verifiable rental history.

 

  • Applicant must be at least 18 years of age.

 

  • Applicant must have a great credit 700 score or more. Less than this score may be subject to denial or additional deposits.

 

All applicants understand that a full background, criminal and eviction history will be checked. All applicants will be treated fairly and according to fair housing laws as set forth by state and federal government.
